I originally went in to get some answers to a technical question on a V70 that I recently had the pleasure of acquiring. (which was previously tended to by ES) Everyone was happy to chat with me and spend some time getting me answers even though I wasnt spending any money there.I liked the attitude so I scheduled an oil change, It was just about due.Very good experience, fair price. Tom W. took a lot of extra time with me answering several technical questions. (first Volvo for me...) I had a head full of obscure Volvo details, and Tom knew exactly what I was talking about.I have to say I was impressed.I have some other work to be done, This V70 was very well taken care of but it IS almost 12 years old....so I WILL be back. Thanks.

Anytime your engine light goes on it's never a good sign but thank you John and Pat for making my experience less stressful by quickly assessing what repairs my Saab 93 needs and what my next service will entail. I would highly recommend any Saab owner who wants to hold onto their cars for a while to do yourself a favor and book your car service with European Specialists. Definitely masters of their craft! I have had my Saab 900 repaired here multiple times and have always been more than pleased with the quality of the work. Not only do the techs perform very well, the service in the front does a great job of communicating to the average joe what is happening step by step to your car. The convenient location and friendly atmosphere will keep me coming back!
