Always friendly. Always reasonably priced. Very knowledgeable regarding my make and model. I would not take my Volvo anywhere else for service. Am planning on another 7 years of service from my 2005 XC90 and with the help of John and his crew I will make it. Moved out of state 3+ years ago and drive 150 miles roundtrip for service. No, I'm not crazy...they are that good! And they are dog friendly to boot :)

They have helped me with several repair and maintenance services. Service is contentious. Good advice. Competent repairs. Flexible scheduling. At my last visit, John took the time to explain features and maintenance of the tires they installed, which I appreciate. They are less expensive than the dealer but more than many mom and pops. I recommend them to friends.

I trust John to do the right thing and I've never been disappointed.
